Senior Frontend Engineer · Lagos, Nigeria

The front end of serious systems.

I'm Daniel Oghenetega Philip — Tega. For 6+ years I've built interfaces where failure isn't an option: national-scale telecom tooling, multi-tenant commerce, and embedded finance. My specialty is making complex workflows feel simple.

SIM Registration Admin Portal

29,000+ service agents
1,000,000+ registrations
Nationwide deployment

I lead frontend development on the portal that manages MTN's entire SIM registration agent network — registration, re-registration, swaps and upgrades across Nigeria. When tooling operates at this scale, every slow screen and every confusing flow multiplies across thousands of agents. The job is ruthless clarity.

  • Auth & onboarding architecture — KYC verification, role-based access control, and intelligent middleware for session routing across user types.
  • Operational UX at scale — workflows designed so a first-day agent and a power user move equally fast.

MyKiya — Multi-tenant Commerce + Embedded Finance

Merchant · Admin · User

A multi-tenant e-commerce platform I architected end to end, where merchants manage inventory, process orders, and run an MTN MoMo wallet as an embedded financial layer — tier-2 account creation straight from signup data, with progressive KYC upgrades.

  • Role-namespaced token management — merchant, admin, and user sessions running simultaneously without conflicts.
  • Custom Axios interceptors — multi-role 401 token refresh that prevents cross-session collisions in a multi-tenancy environment.
  • Merchant dashboard — variant-level inventory imagery, debounced real-time search, Excel export, dynamic shipping configuration.
  • Wallet surface — transfers, fund receiving, and bulk/individual airtime & data purchases inside the merchant platform.
